I’m A Failure

Looking at the new artists,
getting the awards,
and le me sitting on the floor,
and remembering the time when I was the one to break records.

It was the time,
when my career was at the peak,
and I had a misconception that,
no one could beat my streak.

People whom I disrespected,
are now superstars,
and I was the rascal who destroyed my career,
drinking vodka in the Bars.

I forgot my actual status,
with money and fame,
and now no even cares,
if Iam alive or inside a photo frame.

When I entered this industry,
I didn’t even have my own pair of shoes,
and still have nothing,
except the bottles of booze.

I divorced with my love,
in the lust of silly girls,
but they were the gold diggers,
whom I gifted the necklace of pearls.

The time has come,
to sell my beloved car collection,
because court has decided to sell them,
In a bloody auction.

I disrespected the success,
I once visualised,
and I deserved to lose it,
because it’s meant for someone more organised.

I can’t have a comeback,
because now booze is not a habit it’s my behaviour,
and I have to accept,
I’m a Failure………

A powerful reflection on how fame, pride, and poor choices can lead to downfall. Raw, honest, and a reminder that success is fragile if not handled with care.
